open the Simple weather .ini files under \SysStats\configs with notepad and in the file find this line
URL=http : // [link] replace the CHXX0010 with your city code and the xoap with xml

Sorry to ask, but can you post a step by step on how to install this? I put the contents in ...docklets/systats (had to add the folder since it wasn't there before or anywhere else). I do have systats installed. But what do I have to do to install it. Thanks.
